Andrew graduated from the University of Brighton in July 2006 with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry. He then spent the following year as a locum in both the NHS and private sector in London, working in varying clinical environments. 

In September 2007, Andrew moved to Australia to work as a Podiatrist in care of the aged. He encountered many different challenges whilst visiting nursing homes and providing footcare to the residents.

In July 2008 he decide to return to England, and by the end of August he had begun with The SMAE Institute.

Andrew's particular area of interest within podiatry is that of systemic disease, namely diabetes.
